Amsterdam Ensemble nominated for Grachtenfestival Prize 2011!
The Amsterdam Ensemble is one of five nominees for the Grachtenfestival Prize 2011. The selection has been made by renowned Dutch music journalists. The jury, chaired this year by Hans Haffmans, will chose the eventual winner.
Amsterdam Ensemble performs in the
Concertgebouw Main Hall for the Day of Remembrance 2011
The Amsterdam Ensemble performed together with Ramsey Nasr, the Dutch National Poet Laureate, Rosanne Philippens, violin, and Hanneke de Wit, soprano, as the feature performance of the May 4th Remembrance Day Concert 2011 in the Concertgebouw Main Hall.
Successful first season of Senses!
The Amsterdam Ensemble filled Amsterdam's Maarten Luther Church with audience members for five concerts of gorgeous chamber music, powerful visual art, delicious appetizers and rousing after-concerts of folk music!
